Limitations of Random in C#.

The Random class in C# uses the Enviroment.TickCount Property, when you dont provide an explicit seed value. The property is limited to the resolution of the system timer, which is typically in the range of 10 to 16 milliseconds.

Therefore if you are calling the Random.Next Method inside a fast loop, you might notice that it keeps outputting the same value. In such a situation you will need to provide your own seed value, which will change with each iteration of the loop.
